In Paris we have a very sweet and tender friend that Carol has known for more than 30 years.   She is over 90 years old, but I would say 90 years young.   At 96 she has a very youthful disposition;  her mind is as quick and sharp as any young person. 

She just published her memoirs, called “Une Si Longue Vie”, a remarkable account of her life and times which were very challenging and her great courage even though she was by nature very timid.  As I feel about her and see her, she is forever alive in her inner life energy.
